What are they waiting for?

I had no idea.
So, I asked a person when back home from shopping.
he told me "We're waiting for Yama-yaki"

Yama-yaki is the festival of the ritual burning of the grass on Wakakusa Hill.

We can see beautiful flame and colorful fireworks.


I wasn't able to see burning of the grass,(Because I was starving, so I wanted to go home ASAP) but I saw fireworks a little bit :)

I wanted to take pic of it, but it was too hard for cellphone camera...
