As for the Japanese cellphone, the cycle when people change it is early.
Because a lot of new model are on the market every half a year.

I can associate American cellphone with... only "MOTOROLA" and huge PDA.lol
So to speak, it's cool design. such as "for" business.
But, i like apple's "i phone"!!
It's not yet sold in Japan...
I kind of envy it...:(
Yes, Apple's iPhone is pretty cool. I went to Apple store, and played with it. I could even get on Mixi xD
Hopefully they'll develop Japanese input system soon (should be easy since it's already available for iPod Touch I heard), and also make it work with Japanese cellphone network...
Japan's carrier is maybe SOFTBANK.
I heard on the grapevine. :)
But I don't know when it is...
